Av. Bahar Nalan Danış hakkında
Bahar Nalan Danış acts as an of-counsel in our team. She holds an LLB degree from Yeditepe University Law Faculty with full scholarship. She is a member of İstanbul Bar Association since 2004.
Ms. Danış has 15 years of experience advising top international and Turkish clients operating in various sectors such as telecommunication, automotive, health, e-commerce etc. mostly on the fields of Commercial Law, Company Law and Contracts Law.
Ms. Danış has worked for the most significant law firms in Istanbul beginning from her internship period, afterwards worked in a multi-national IT firm as an In-house Lawyer and at an international finance institution as the Senior Legal Manager.
Ms. Danış currently continues her legal practice as an independent practitioner. She is also an Authorized Mediator acting under the Ministry of Justice.
Her experience mainly focuses on M&As, split-offs, joint ventures and start-ups. Her expertise also includes the procedures of conducting legal due diligence surveys, supervising strategic conflicts between shareholders and/or directors, communications with the Competition Board, acting as counsel in arbitration cases including ICC arbitral proceedings, drafting and reviewing all types of contracts (commercial contracts, employment agreements, shareholder agreements etc.
